When it comes to making crock-pot freezer meals for new moms there are a few tips I want to share.

– Pay attention to the directions. Some of these you cook before freezing, while some you cook after. Some it doesn’t matter either way.

– Use crock-pot liners. This way you won’t have to clean your crock pot afterwards.

– Thaw your frozen crock-pot meals in the refrigerator for two days before you need them to make sure they aren’t frozen when you want them.

Freeze your meals flat to save space and for easy stacking.

– And for the love of all that is holy, LABEL EVERYTHING. Name and date those baby’s, trust me Becky, you will not remember or be able to tell what’s in the bag. Especially during the newborn fog.
