As a mom of three girls, I’m always on the lookout for healthy snack ideas for kids that are quick, fun, and actually get eaten.

Between school days, after-practice hunger, and those long afternoons when everyone just wants something right now, snacks seem to disappear faster than I can make them.

Over the years I’ve tried just about everything. From Pinterest-perfect recipes to last-minute pantry scrambles, I’ve learned that the best snacks are the ones that feel like a treat but sneak in plenty of good-for-you ingredients.
