Comfortable Pregnancy Clothes
The first thing you need to make pregnancy comfortable are comfortable pregnancy clothes.
Pregnancy is the perfect reason to treat yourself to a new wardrobe because your growing belly will need larger stretchy fabrics to accommodate it.
My favorite place to get pregnancy clothes is from Amazon.
There are so many options to choose from and it so nice to not have to drive to the mall.
Plus you can sign up for Amazon Prime here and get a free 30 day trial so you can get free two day shipping.
Maternity Shirts
As your baby and your belly grow you will need shirts with more room.
If you plan on nursing I recommend buying maternity shirts that are nursing accessible, like the tank tops pictured above, so you can keep wearing them postpartum.
Maternity Pants
When it comes to maternity pants you have three options.Over belly waistband, under belly waistband, and side stretch panels.
Personally my favorite were the side stretch panels.
I felt that the over belly waistband was itchy and made me too hot and the under belly waistband would lose shape and roll down as I got bigger.
Everyone is different though so I encourage you to try them all out and see what you like the best.
Maternity Underwear
Toward the end of your pregnancy your old underwear will become constrictive and uncomfortable on your abdomen.
The maternity underwear pictured above have a crossover style that will make pregnancy comfortable for you till the end and through the postpartum period as well.

It offers the same relief from pregnancy discomforts without the bulky belt.

Pregnancy Pillow

Pregnancy Massage
A great way to make pregnancy comfortable is to get a pregnancy massage at your local spa.
Even better, lay on this pregnancy massage pillow so your husband can give the massage and start pulling his weight in this pregnancy. Am I right ladies?
Stay Hydrated
Staying hydrated by drinking water can help make pregnancy comfortable for you.
Not drinking enough water can lead to headaches and uncomfortable weight gain.
Another comfort tip you should follow, drink water between meals and not during them to avoid acid reflux.
Soothe Itchy Dry Skin
As your belly grows your skin stretches.
This leads to your skin becoming very dry and unbearably itchy.
Use a lotion like this one to hydrate dry itchy skin and prevent stretch marks as an added bonus.

Ease Morning Sickness
Fortunately morning sickness doesn’t affect every pregnant woman, but it does affect some.
Morning sickness tends to be the worst part of pregnancy for those poor women who get it.
Here are my best tips for making pregnancy more comfortable by combating morning sickness:
Take your prenatal vitamin before bed
Some women experience nausea from taking their prenatal vitamin. An easy fix for this is to take it right before bed. You won’t feel the nausea because you’ll be asleep.
Saltines at your bedside
A good trick to avoid morning sickness is to leave a sleeve of saltine crackers on your nightstand and nibble on a few before you get out of bed in the morning.
Use a aromatherapy inhaler
If you experience morning sickness try using an aromatherapy inhaler infused with essential oils that offer quick relief when you’re feeling queasy.
Try Tummy Drop Lozenges
A few of these lozenges are known to help ease your stomach when you’re experiencing morning sickness.
Acupuncture Bands
If all else fails try acupuncture bands that work to ease nausea by applying pressure to a pressure point on your wrist.
